A little bit About us
All you need to know
Nurse Caroline
Born in Plymouth, I have spent the past 24 years in the nursing profession, dedicating my career to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Since 2010, I have specialised in dermatology and dermatological surgery, combining in-depth clinical knowledge with hands-on experience to support patients on their journey to healthier skin.
As a skin specialist nurse, I focus on managing complex inflammatory conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. I take great pride in offering expert guidance and tailored treatment, helping each patient feel supported, informed, and understood. My approach is rooted in professionalism, empathy, and a genuine passion for improving skin health.
I believe that education and collaboration are key to effective care. By creating a friendly and approachable environment, I empower my patients to take an active role in their treatment, ensuring they feel confident in every step of their care plan.
Every day, I strive to make a positive and lasting impact—one person, one story, and one skin journey at a time.
Nurse Louise
Born in the vibrant city of Birmingham, I have devoted the past 19 years to the nursing profession, with the last decade focused on dermatology and aesthetic dermatology—fields where I’ve developed deep expertise and a genuine passion.
As an independent nurse prescriber and skin surgery specialist nurse, I have refined my clinical skills in skin cancer management and advocate strongly for awareness around skin conditions affecting people with skin of colour, a cause close to my heart.
Since 2016, my aesthetic training has enabled me to offer holistic, personalised skincare solutions that address the unique needs of each patient, combining medical insight with artistic precision.
Outside of my NHS role, I’ve had the privilege of expanding my professional reach through Channel 5’s Skin A&E, working alongside leading consultant dermatologist Dr. Toby Nelson. This experience has deepened my surgical expertise and given me a platform to raise awareness about skin health on a national level.
At the core of my practice is a commitment to patient empowerment through education and compassionate care—ensuring that every individual feels confident, informed, and proud of their skin.
